Upon request by Grantor, the District shall within 15 days execute and deliver to Grantor <br />any document including an estoppel certificate, which certifies Grantor's compliance <br />with any obligation of Grantor contained in this Easement and otherwise evidences the <br />status of this Easement, as may be requested by Grantor. <br />13. Notices <br />Any notice, demand, request, consent approval, or communication that the parties desire <br />or is required to give to the others shall be in writing and either serviced personally or <br />sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: <br />To Grantor: <br />Attn: <br />To the District: <br />Attn: <br />To the United States Army Corps of Engineers: <br />Attn: <br />14. Recordation <br />The District shall promptly record this instrument in the records of the Clerk and <br />Recorder of La Plata County, Colorado. A copy of the executed deed will be provided to <br />the Corps within 30 days after being recorded. <br />15. Additional Easements <br />Grantor shall not grant any additional Easements, rights-of-way, or other interests in the <br />Mitigation Property, other than a fee or leasehold interest or security interest (mortgage <br />or deed of trust), or grant or otherwise transfer to any other person or entity or to other <br />lands or otherwise abandon or relinquish any water rights associated with the Mitigation <br />Property without the prior written authorization of the District. Such authorization will <br />be given unless the District determines in consultation with the Corps that the proposed <br />interest will adversely impact the Conservation Values within the Mitigation Property.
