Comments: 200' vertical 8 3/4" hole drilled prior to starling directional. Numerous
problems /delays configuring adequate air package to operate directional tools.
Hole abandoned prior to completion due to delays, weather, and fault in mine which
cut panel short, eliminating need for venting oob.
Open hole abandoned to surface with 70 bags (1150 gallons) plug gel; 3 bas (10') cement.
