Drainage 4.03.l(4)/4.03.2(4)0 []Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) 11 []Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Road surfaces were well-maintained in the Main Surface Facilities area and in Sylvester Gulch. No signs <br />of excessive erosion were found on road embankments. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />No problems were found in the following areas: materials storage bench, trash compactor, explosives <br />storage area, barrel storage building, and the hydraulic components storage, and the Sylvester Gulch facilities and <br />vent shaft sites. The Deer Creek Shaft site was inaccessible due to snow. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS - Rule 4.02: <br />Topsoil markers, stream buffer signs, mine i.d. signs, and surface disturbance boundary markers were <br />properly displayed in all areas inspected. DRMS is reviewing recently submitted Minor Revision 366 for the <br />applicable requirements for marking the areas affected by surface operations at drill sites and roads (Rule 4.02). <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.06 Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil stockpiles appeared in good shape at the following locations: in Sylvester Gulch, in the main <br />surface facilities area, at pond MB-5E, and at the North Subsoil Stockpile.
