Kathy Welt represented the operator <br />during the in-office records check. <br />Selected photographs taken during the inspection are attached to the end of this report. With the operator's <br />consent, this report was issued from the Denver office of DRMS. <br />The active longwall face was advancing west in panel E-2, about one-fourth of the way through the panel. <br />Development mining was active in E-3 and E-4 gateroads. The ground was dry throughout most of the site. Snow <br />cover prevented access to higher areas. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION - Rule 4.17: <br />No fugitive dust problems were seen during the inspection. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS - Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All required records were available in the mine office (see attached records check list).
