The 2006 Annual
Reclamation Report indicates that seeding of the watersheds for ponds 1 and 2 occurred
in August 2006. Assuming no further seeding occurs, the two year period will expire in
August 2008. The Division will complete its review of the TR-15 application after that
time; therefore, please request an extension of the decision deadline for TR-15 to
September 30, 2008.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
Sincerely,

Tom Kaldenbach
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Daniel I.
