BOX 187 Director <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />Re: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C-1981-010) <br />Bond Release Application No. 12 (SL-12) <br />Dear Mr. Luke: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will not conduct the planned bond release inspection <br />of the Trapper Mine on November 23, 2010 due to the lack of visibility of ground conditions caused by <br />snow and wind. Graham Roberts of TMI provided a report and photographs to the Division that <br />document unfavorable conditions on the morning of November 22nd. Furthermore, professional <br />meteorological organizations forecast additional snow and wind for November 22nd and 23rd <br />The Division is postponing this inspection until sometime in 2011 when conditions will be more <br />favorable. Representatives of the following organizations will be consulted regarding a future date of <br />inspection: Trapper Mining, Inc.; the Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement; and <br />the State Board of Land Commissioners.
