Peter Epp, Licensed State of Colorado surveyor. <br />These maps are delivered to you in compliance with a letter of request from the State of Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety to accurately, precisely address every inch of compliance <br />within and outside the permitted areas; all as originally surveyed in 1990. <br />The STAFF SUMMARY FORM FOR CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS, to be used for the 11/17/2010 Board <br />meeting and delivery of the herein referenced Consent, acknowledges a violation.
