Although MCC believes <br />that it is unlikely that mining will be extended into the area of maximum areal extent and to the <br />eastern lease and permit boundaries, Exhibits 55B and 60E were reviewed and minor <br />adjustments made as needed to ensure that the entire area of all potential mining was covered <br />in these studies, so that adjustments to the projected mining layouts can occur in these areas <br />without further revision. <br />Please contact me at (970) 929-2238 or by e-mail should you have questions regarding this <br />submittal. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kathleen G.
