RDA Pond4 was dry. RDA <br />Pond 5A is dry and embankments are vegetated. RDA pond 1 is dry and well vegetated. <br />Railroad pond 1 had a small puddle of water in the bottom well below the discharge elevation, There is one shrub, <br />greasewood, on the embankment adjacent to the emergency spillway. This is rooted above the discharge elevation <br />and is well above any potential water level. Rail road sump has a tiny puddle in the bottom of the sump. <br />Activities at the lagoon have progressed. The pumps are in place but were not running at the time of the <br />inspection. The old above surface waterline on the south side of the lagoon remains in place and in use. A control <br />panel has been erected. The operator discussed BME placing a protective shed over the control panels. <br />Slot storage ponds 1 & 2 are damp but do not have a standing pool of water in either pond. Neither pond is <br />discharging. Embankments of both slot storage ponds are well vegetated. SS! had sediment cleaned from the inlet <br />this fall, so some portions of the embankment has had some vegetation knocked down. Vegetation should recover <br />next growing season. <br />Service hole #3 has not yet been drilled. The pad for this hole has been bulldozed and topsoil has been salvaged in <br />a windrow along one site of the pad.
