<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />SUMMIT BRICK and TILE, whose address is 601 East 13th Street P.O. Box 533
<br />Pueblo, CO 81002, phone number 719-542-8278 has filed an application for a
<br />CONVERSION Application per Rule 1.11 with the Colorado Mined Land
<br />Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act
<br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the
<br />CEDARWOOD CLAY MINE, and is located in portions of Sections 27 and 34,
<br />Township 24 South, Range 66 West of the 6th Prime Meridian, Pueblo County,
<br />State of Colorado. The proposed date of commencement is late 2010, and the
<br />proposed date of completion is late 2035. The proposed future use of the land is
<br />Rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained
<br />from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street,
<br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Pueblo County
<br />Clerk and Recorder's office; 215 W. 10th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003, or the above
<br />named applicant. Comments must be in writing and must be received by the
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety 4:00 p.m. on DECEMBER 23, 2010.

<br />operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to

<br />than the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety or the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
