Pineda <br /> Director <br />RE: Hukill Gulch Millsite; File No. M-2009-076. <br />Decision Date and Notice of Possible Board Hearing. <br />Dear Mr. McHale, <br />On November 12, 2010 the Division received the Technical Revision for the Hukill Gulch Millsite; 110d <br />permit application. As stated in your letter, the revision was intended to address items #1- #3 of page 1 <br />of the September 8th, 2010 second adequacy review. The Division is in the process of reviewing the <br />technical revision to determine its adequacy and the design stability. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.4.1 (9) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for Hard Rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operation; given November 24th, is 365 days from <br />the date the application was considered filed with the Division, if outstanding adequacy review issues <br />remain for the application after this date, the Division will set the matter for a Board hearing. At the <br />hearing the Board may at the request of the applicant extend the review time and decision date, deny <br />the application, or approve the application with or without conditions.
