Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a partial inspection of the Golden Eagle Mine conducted by Jim Stark of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety. The remaining disturbed and permitted area of the Golden Eagle Mine is a 1.2 <br />acre disturbance that was the reclaimed NW-1 vent shaft, which was seeded and mulched in fall 2004. The <br />weather was clear and windy and the ground was dry. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />- The site is along a gas road behind a locked gate. The area was well vegetated and appeared to be stable at the <br />time of the inspection. There were no erosional problems noted at the site. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS - Rule 4.02: <br />- The mine ID sign was posted on the locked gate for the gas road.
