There was major erosion into Pond 9 from the culverts above the <br />pond. <br />- Pond 9A contained approximately five feet below the lowest weep hole and was not discharging at the time of <br />the inspection. The pond embankment was well vegetated and stable. There was some sediment at the inlet of the <br />pond. <br />ROADS - Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />- There is a lot of erosion on the road that leads to Pond 6. This road will need to be bladed to repair the road. <br />There is also a good deal of erosion from the runoff flowing off of the road above Fill 9 (into the Fill 9 perimeter <br />ditches) that will need to be fixed.
