MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for <br />Sikes Gravel pit/Gravel pit <br />Wildlife Species List: <br />Pronghorn, coyote, swift fox, black-tailed jack rabbit, Kangaroo rat, Texas horned lizard, <br />ferruginous hawk, prairie falcon, red tail hawk, and northern harrier. <br />Endangered/Critical Species/Impacted: <br />Ferruginous hawk and Texas horned lizard. <br />Critical Habitats/Vegetative Communities Impacted: <br />Native short grass prairie/buffalo grass and gramma grass. <br />Assessment of Impact: <br />Little or no impact <br />Mine Reclamation Recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration is <br />designed): <br />Revegetate with native short grass speciesi.e.: buffalo grass and gramma. <br />Prepared By: Jordon De Priest CDOW Date: 5 November 2010 <br />Submitted By: ??-?% Date: O V ?Si a? 1 O <br />This statement is void if not processed within 1 year.
