Climax Molybenum Company intends to bury and cover approximately 1,000 yds3 <br />of concrete and asphalt from demolition activites around its 5 Shaft fan installation project and from recent <br />asphalt removal associated with warehouse construction. Pursuant to Section 30-20-102(4), C.R.S. <br />(1986), Climax Molybenum Company is managing this material on site.
