DRMS requests written verification regarding Federal mining leases and/or federal surface access approval. <br />McClane Canyon Mining has referenced the Federal mining leases and/or Federal Surface access agreements <br />Federal Coal Leases C-0125439 and C-0125515 in this application as a document upon which they base their legal <br />right to enter. Please verify that the leases and/or agreements have been issued and that final BLM/federal agency <br />lease/agreement approval has been granted. If the lease/agreement application is pending, please notify DRMS as <br />to the status of the lease/agreement review and when a decision is anticipated. Verification of Federal leases <br />and/or federal surface access agreements should be sent to me at the address listed above. <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in the The Daily Sentinel that this permit revision application has been <br />deemed complete. At the time of publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of <br />this application at the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, 544 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81502, and at the <br />Division office.
