Or zero shares came with that <br />particular tract. <br />Item 5: Post Mine Revegetation by Land Owner West of County Road 2700 was <br />discussed <br />The Post Mine Revegetation Plan was decided early to be based upon <br />1. The amount of irrigation water that could be dedicated to the individual <br />tract of land during reclamation bonding time frame, <br />2. The Division will not allow WFC to reclaim any land to a post mine <br />vegetation type that can not be sustained after WFC has left the area. <br />Even though the land owner may have other wishes. <br />3. The amount of water each type of Post Mine Vegetation and <br />Land Use would require to sustain a healthy and viable <br />production rate that is stated in the vegetation performance <br />section of the Mine Permit. <br />4. The type of irrigation system used and finally, <br />5. The land owners vegetation wishes <br />Morgan Land <br />1. 50 acres of irrigated alfalfa will be restored to Irrigated Crop (IC) <br />based upon : <br />A. The CCC water shares leased to WFC and <br />B. The wishes of the land owner to have alfalfa crop <br />C.
