The amount of irrigation water that could be dedicated to the individual <br />tract of land during reclamation bonding time frame, <br />2. The Division will not allow WFC to reclaim any land to a post mine <br />vegetation type that can not be sustained after WFC has left the area. <br />Even though the land owner may have other wishes. <br />3. The amount of water each type of Post Mine Vegetation and <br />Land Use would require to sustain a healthy and viable <br />production rate that is stated in the vegetation performance <br />section of the Mine Permit. <br />4.
