No water was observed in B Pit or any <br />ponds. No problems were observed with any ponds. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />CEC continues to dispose of ash in Pit B. CEC will continue to place ash on the lower lift until they reach <br />the northern extent of the B pit. During the inspection a load of ash was dumped and a scraper pushed it into the <br />pit. No problems were observed with the pit or the ash disposal area. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />No significant problems were observed. Cheat grass was observed at various locations on site; this issue <br />will continue to be monitored. <br />Area 25 is looking barren because it has recently been mowed and treated for cheat grass. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The facilities are in good shape. <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.060 ?Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsand piles were inspected and no problems were detected.
