This news
prompted the Division to check the Secretary of State website to ensure all records have been updated. On
November 2, 2010, the Secretary of State website lists Wildcat Mining Corporation as having delinquent
status. Additionally, the Registered Agent specified for Wildcat Mining Corporation remains James
Clements, 108 Linda Court, Durango, CO 81301.
Pursuant to Rule 1.4.1(8), the Division conducted a preliminary review of the application materials and
determined, on October 12, 2010, that CN-01 is incomplete for the purposes of filing. An additional review
of Wildcat Mining Corporation's status with the Secretary of State's Office was conducted on November 2,
2010. The following additional items must be received before the Division can consider your application as
being filed and commence the technical review.
1. A certificate of "Good Standing" with the Colorado Secretary of State.
2. Articles of Incorporation, or other acceptable documentation, indicating the officers of Wildcat
Mining Corporation that are authorized to sign for Wildcat Mining Corporation.
3. A revised and properly executed CN-01 application, one original signed application and one copy,
with all updated and corrected contact information including initials and notarized signature of a
person currently authorized to sign for Wildcat Mining Corporation, as documented by materials
provided in response to item Nos. 1 and 2 above.
Failure to satisfy the deficiencies identified in the October 12, 2010 notice of Incomplete Application and
this additional deficiency notice, by December 11, 2010, may result in denial of the CN-01 application and
termination of the file.
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
