days after the informal public hearing and the ones who participated in this hearing was allowed
an additional 20 days to comment. Letters received after that period of time are not legitimate
letters. Letters from Western Fuels employees who were told that they had to write letters that
the properties were put back as good as they were and have their wives sign then a couple of
months ago, are not following the rules and regulations, even though they are not there either at
this time.
We will be submitting additional information throughout this comment period. There are many
more people who wish to sign the objection letter, but will not be on this first notebook sent.
There will be tapes that will be submitted as well as soil sample results. There will be letters
from other soil scientist and schools of studies regarding prime farmland. We will try and have
all information submitted prior to the November meeting.
Thank you for your time and patience and for taking out of your own time to try and come to an
accurate decision. We are again asking for the withdrawal of this permit revision as it written
and the contents that are not factual. We do not want the facts covered and swept under a table,
we want accurate documentation and the Colorado Regulatory Program to do the job that it was
designed for. It is a good program and was designed to implement, enforce, and maintain it's
approved State Program as provided in the Act.
