periodically. No topsoil will be put in the creek bed since it would. only be washed <br />downstream during the next heavy rainfall. The area on each side of the creek and the <br />creek banks will be back sloped from the bottom of the pit area to the original ground <br />elevation at a slope no steeper than 3:1. Those areas will have topsoil replaced, then be <br />seeded according to recommendations received from the Kit Carson Natural Resource <br />Conservation Service and provided as copied from the original permit. <br />a) The creek bed currently has no topsoil. Areas lying outside the creek bed <br />have topsoil ranging from 04" in depth.
