They are as <br />follows: <br />1) Klassen Pit, M-2006-047 located in the NW 1/4 of Section 34, T6S, R48W in <br />Kit Carson County, CO. <br />2) Hornung Pit, M-1982-189 located in the SW 1/4 of Section 14, US, R47W in <br />Kit Carson County, CO. <br />3) Brenner Pit, M-1982-079 located in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, T6S, R43W in Kit <br />Carson County, CO. <br />Proof of Notification to the County Clerk, Commissioners, and local Soil <br />Conservation District are attached, as well as a check to the Division. The proof <br />of notification included all three applications, so there is only one for each entity. <br />Please let me know when the applications are considered complete so I can <br />proceed with publication and notification of adjacent landowners.
