This updated plan addresses issues <br />and questions raised by the landowners concerning the access road location and the appearance associated <br />• with the open channels. The attached remediation plan has been prepared using the recommendations <br />from NWCC, who conducted the geotechnical analysis and evaluation. This revision includes updates to: <br />• Relocation of portions of permanent roads J/K <br />• Backfilling Pond 016A, <br />• Covering portions of the remediation trench and drains, and <br />• Relocation of permanent channel PM-2. <br />Enclosed are two (2) copies of revised material for replacement in the latest submittal.
