Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your technical revision <br />submitted on October 22, 2010. There is one issue that will need to be addressed prior to the Divisions <br />approval. <br />The technical revision updates the mining plan to allow for periods of inactivity at the site for longer <br />than 180 days. By requesting this, Prowers County must commit to supplying the following information <br />in their annual reclamation report: <br />1.) The condition of the operation at the time of cessation; <br />2.) What specific measures have been and will be implemented to comply with the reclamation <br />plan and performance standards; and <br />3.) Plans for resumption of mining. <br />Please commit to supplying this information in the annual reclamation report. The decision date for this <br />revision is November 22, 2010. Please respond prior to the decision date.
