<br />Twentymile Coal, LLC (TC), 29515 Routt County
<br />Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado' 80467, has submitted
<br />an application for Technical Revision (Tit) m the
<br />Foidel Creek Mine, Permit Number C-82-056, e
<br />Th
<br />revision (iR10-77) addresses construction, opera-
<br />tion, and reclamation of the G-6 Ditch Extension.
<br />The mine permit area encompasses approximately
<br />19,940 acres, located approximately 23 miles south-
<br />west of Steamboat Springs on Routt County Road
<br />33, and approximately 7.3 miles northwest Of Oak
<br />Creek on Routt County Road 27.

<br />Colorado, Division of Reclamation; Mining, and
<br />Safety (CDRMS), 1313 Sherman Stteet, Room 215,
<br />Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 within ten days of the
<br />data of publication of this notice. The ac-
