PARTI <br />Page No. 2 <br />Permit No. COG-070000 <br />CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION DEWATERING ACTIVITIES <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act'(25-8-101 et. seq. CRS, 1973 as amended), and the <br />Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq. as amended; the "Act"), entities engaged in construction dewatering of groundwater <br />and/or stormwater (excluding mine dewatering activities), are authorized to discharge from approved locations throughout the State <br />of Colorado to waters of the State.
