PARTI <br />Page No. 2 <br />Permit No. COG-070000 <br />CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION DEWATERING ACTIVITIES <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act'(25-8-101 et. seq. CRS, 1973 as amended), and the <br />Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq. as amended; the "Act"), entities engaged in construction dewatering of groundwater <br />and/or stormwater (excluding mine dewatering activities), are authorized to discharge from approved locations throughout the State <br />of Colorado to waters of the State. Such discharges shall be in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and <br />other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, and III hereof. <br />This permit specifically authorizes the identified entity to discharge from their wastewater treatment facilities, at the described <br />location, to identified waters of the state, as stated in the certification which is on page one of this permit. <br />The authorization to discharge under this permit is in effect from the date of certification (page one of this permit) until the <br />expiration date identified below. <br />This permit becomes effective on December 1, 2006, and shall expire at midnight, November 30, 2011 <br />Reissued and signed this 5th day of June, 2008 <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT <br />4?w?l 6/? <br />Janet Kieler, Permits Section Manager <br />WATER QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION <br />Permit Action Summary: <br />Amendment #1- Issued June 5, 2008, Effective August 1, 2008 <br />Originally Issued November 01, 2006, Effective December 1, 2006 <br />Revised 7/2112008
