The reports were received on July 27, 2010. The Deserado Mine's <br />CPDS Permit Number is CO-0038024. <br />The only reported discharge during Second quarter 2010 was Outfall 045A. BOD was collected and reported <br />for this outfall with no reported exceedances. All the other permitted outfalls did not discharge during the <br />Second quarter 2010. These outfalls include: 001A, MN01, 002A, 003A, 004A, MN04, 004W, 005A, 008A, <br />MN08, 009A, MN09, 025A, 026A, MN26, 026W, and 028A. <br />On October 28, 2010, BME submitted a revised DMR for second quarter 2010 outfall 045A. BME had a <br />typographic error in the BOD Maximum value on the second quarter DMR. This correction is acceptable. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
