<br />Documents in Appendix C demonstrate right of entry. Documentation of right-of-entry
<br />for the lease modification area will be provided at a later date.
<br />Permit and Affected Area
<br />The permit area as well as the affected area will increase as a result of this permit
<br />revision. The permit area will increase by 1,020 acres and the affected area will
<br />increase by 459.7 acres (437 to be affected from mining operation, 22.7 to be affected
<br />from new surface disturbance).
