Please have the <br />hearing here in Nucla so the locals can attend. <br />The property was beautiful alfalfa and corn fields and needs to be put back as good as it was. <br />The property should have been treated with the respect that it deserved since it was one of the <br />prettiest places in this entire area. The coal mine had the right to mine the coal, but the topsoil <br />belongs to the landowner.
