Pursuant to Rule 2.07.4(3), a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board(MLRB) <br />has been scheduled. The hearing will occur during the November Board Meeting at the Centennial Building, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on November 17-18, 2010. Parties <br />will have an opportunity to be heard. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled to occur on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 beginning at 10:00 a.m. <br />The conference will be held at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215. Mr. Bruce Stover will <br />preside as Pre-hearing Conference Officer. Parties and interested persons may participate by phone. To participate <br />by phone, please follow these instructions. <br />1. Dial the Reservationless Conferencing access number: 1-866-877-3977 <br />2. Wait to be added to the conference. <br />The purpose of the Pre-hearing Conference is to describe the Division's review process and the Board's hearing <br />process will be explained. The parties will be identified. The specific issues that the Board has jurisdiction to <br />consider will be identified. The parties may discuss and resolve issues if possible. The order and length of each <br />parties' testimony will be determined. The preheating conference officer will set the deadline for the parties to <br />exchange witness lists and exhibits. <br />After the conference, the Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be drafted a Pre-hearing Order. The Pre- <br />hearing Order will be mailed to all parties after the Pre-hearing Conference and will contain a list of the parties, <br />provide a recommended list of issues to be considered by the Board, and outline a schedule for the hearing with <br />time allotments set for presentations by each party and the Office.
