I(we) own real property described as 735 Balsam Avenue, Greeley, in the NE V4 of the SW '/+, Section 4, <br />Township 5N, Range 65W, 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. I (we) have been apprised that Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., the present owner of a parcel of land in <br />Section 4, Township 5N, Range 65W, 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado desires to excavate a gravel pit. <br />I (we) also understand that the purpose of the well permit for such gravel pit is set forth in the well <br />permit application, and that I (we) have reviewed the application that was submitted to the State <br />,Engineer and receipted by him under Receipt No 536223. <br />3. The location for the subject gravel pit is 600 feet or less from my (our) well. <br />4. By this statementI (we) am (are) specifically waiving any objection to the issuance of a welt permit for <br />the subject gravel pit, as set forth in the referenced application. I (we) am (are) also specifically waiving <br />my (our) right I (we) may have to participate in a hearing before the State Engineer pursuant to Section <br />37-90-137(2), C.R.S. <br />5.
