Item 1: Rule 2.05.3(4)(a)(i)(B). Tab 12, Page 7 Table 12-1. Ditch Nos. 7 and 8 delineated on <br />exhibit 12-2 are not identified in Table 12-1 "Facilities Area Diversion Ditches." Please clarify <br />the status of Ditch Nos. 7 and 8. If appropriate, please include them in Table 12-1. <br />Item 2: Rule 2.05.3(4)(a)(i)(B). Tab 12, Pages 8 and 17, Tables 12-2 and 12-3. The culvert <br />sizes and lengths delineated on Tables 12-2 and 12-3 do not coincide with each other. Table 12- <br />3 identifies nine sizes of culverts (12", 18", 24", 36", 42", 60", 96", 102", and 108") while Table <br />12-2 identifies ten sizes of culverts (12", 18", 24", 36" 39", 42", 60", 72", 108", and 120"). In <br />addition, the lengths of the culverts identified on Table 12-2 do not appear to be the same as the <br />lengths of the culverts identified on Table 12-3. Please address the discrepancy between <br />Table 12-2 "Hayden Gulch Loadout Culverts" and Table 12-3 "Facilities Summary." <br />Item 3: Rule 2.04.11(4). Please update Threatened and Endangered species and discuss the <br />potential impacts to current State and Federal Threatened and Endangered plant and animal <br />species lists (Permit Section 2.3.5). The Federal and State listed species of concern may have <br />changed over the years.
