All required records were <br />available and current. Records were reviewed with Dennis Jones of Seneca Coal Company. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING - Rule 4.141-1 ?Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original <br />Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic <br />Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Reclaimed slopes are stable and well vegetated. The PM-8 drainage area was in good condition. Repairs <br />to the diversion above V-Ditch #1 had been completed; the area drains toward PM-8 and V-Ditch #l. V-Ditch #3 <br />exhibited slight downcutting where it intersects PM-8. This should be checked again after spring runoff and <br />repaired if necessary. <br />There are a few rills (about 10" deep) just east of the fenced shrub concentration area and PM-8, and minor rills on <br />the north side of the fenced area.
