Pineda <br />1100 W. 116th Ave. Director <br />Westminster, CO 80234 <br />Re: Coal Exploration File No. X-2007-142-11 I S L I <br />Dear Mr. Shrestha: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of coal <br />exploration bond submitted by Western Fuels-Colorado, LLC for Notice of Intent No. X-2007-142-11. <br />The applicant has completed all reclamation work and filed the reports. The amount of bond to be <br />released is $9,016.00. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in <br />Montrose County. An inspection showed that all disturbance associated with the exploration project <br />has/has not been adequately reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 26, 27, 34, 35, Township 47 North, Range 16 West Section 11, 12, 13, 14, 24, Township 46 <br />North, Range 16 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed <br />decision in the San Miguel Basin Forum. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />i <br />Kent A.
