PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of coal <br />exploration bond submitted by Western Fuels-Colorado, LLC for Notice of Intent No. X-2007-142-11. <br />The applicant has completed all reclamation work and filed the reports. The amount of bond to be <br />released is $9,016.00. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in <br />Montrose County. An inspection showed that all disturbance associated with the project has been <br />adequately reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is: <br />Section 26, 27, 34, 35, Township 47 North, Range 16 West Section 11, 12, 13, 14, 24, Township 46 <br />North, Range 16 West. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Such <br />comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice.
