("Cotter") on October 14, 2010, containing the results of sampling at <br />monitoring stations SW-AWD (conducted September 8, 2010) and SW-BPL (conducted <br />September 9, 2010). Monthly monitoring and reporting requirements for these "upstream" and <br />"downstream" stations are specified in paragraph 26 of the above referenced Notice of <br />Violation/Cease and Desist Order ("Paragraph 26").
