'v <br />5. Mining will be done by any combination of dozers, scrapers and <br />excavators than are practical for this type of operation. Trucks may be <br />used to transport materials on site for the processing. <br />6. The haul road as shown on the map will be used no changes are <br />planned for the internal road system. <br />7. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Rules will apply to <br />all phases of this technical revision. <br />8. The operator is committed to the Mining Plan as originally approved <br />and to following this proposed Technical Revision. <br />9. The 21.40 acre affected area will be also inside a 2-wire fence to <br />prevent any mining outside the area as defined by this revised mining <br />plan. <br />10.No permanent structure will placed on this area. <br />The proposed mining timetable is shown below: <br />ESTIMATED MINING TIME TABLE <br />REVISED OCTOBER 2010 <br />YEAR <br />2011 -1.5 ACRES PROPOSED FOR MINING <br />2012 -1.5 ACRES PROPOSED FOR MINING <br />2013 -1.5 ACRES PROPOSED FOR MINING <br />2014 -1.5 ACRES PROPOSED FOR MINING <br />2015 -1.5 ACRES PROPOSED FOR MINING <br />2016 -1.5 ACRES PROPOSED FOR MINING <br />The proposed Reclamation Plan will be as follows: <br />1. The excess overburden will be used over the graded surface at a <br />rate of 3"- 4". <br />2. The topsoil will be spread over the shaped surface after proper <br />grading has taken place at a rate of between 3'- 4". <br />3. The seed mixture will be drilled at a spacing of 8" on the prepared <br />surface where it is impractical to drill due to the terrain the area <br />will be have the seed mixture broadcast at a rate double the rate of <br />the recommended drill quantities.
