This noxious, list A species is present in <br />many areas of both disturbed and undisturbed ground at this site. Aggressive and repeated measures are necessary <br />to control the continued spread of this species. Whatever efforts have been done is the past have not been <br />effective for reasons unknown. To avoid future enforcement action, the operator should immediately develop and <br />implement an improved weed control plan to reduce the abundance of noxious weeds at this idled mine facility. <br />Signs and Markers <br />The entry signs, stream buffer signs, and topsoil pile markers are all in various states of disrepair and/or display <br />inaccurate information. Disturbed area markers are minimal at best.
