The operator stripped 4.50 acres of topsoil and <br />stockpiled the material into two areas as shown on the accompanying annual report map <br />this brings the total disturbance to 14.50 acres. The topsoil will not be moved until <br />needed during the reclamation procedure. No actual mining of sand and gravel took place <br />in this report period. The subsequent year mining will take place on the 1.50-acre area. <br />No reclamation is anticipated next year, however reclamation will start when adequate <br />land has been disturbed in order for the operator to achieve economy of scale during <br />reclamation. This is an active pit and mining and reclamation are ongoing and <br />concurrently taken place. The activity this year was 4.50 acres. <br />A check in the amount of seven hundred ninety one dollars and no cents ($791.00) is <br />enclosed with this letter for the year of 2010 Annual Fee.
