The fee of $259.00 was submitted to the <br />Division under separate cover. The following report addresses C.R.S. 34-32-116 and CDRMS <br />regulation Section 1.15 Annual Report data requests and is summarized in the following report. <br />During 2010, Wildcat Mining Corporation did not disturb or reclaim lands associated with the <br />May Day mine permit. Wildcat Mining Corporation prepared and submitted a 110 permit <br />applications and recently submitted (September 29, 2010) a 112(d) May Day -Idaho mine permit <br />application that addresses future mining and reclamation activities when the pending application <br />is approved. <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation, as stipulated by the Board, upgraded the bond in May to defray <br />potential reclamation costs in the event of default. Since no reclamation or mining activities <br />occurred during 2010, Wildcat Mining Corporation has not enclosed an updated affected or <br />reclamation map. <br />Please call at your earliest convenience if you have any questions or comments regarding the <br />2010 annual report <br />Yours truly, <br />8aleorge .
