The air emissions permit and Routt County special use permit have <br />expired. New or current permits will be required prior to any permitted activities on site. <br />: HYDROLOGI C BALAN C E - Rule 4.05 <br />The Truck Loop Pond (Pond 1) was holding water with no discharge at the time of the inspection. The <br />embankments were stable and well vegetated with no problems noted. <br />The Rail Loop Pond (Pond 2) was dry at the time of the inspection. The embankments were stable with no <br />problems no problems noted. <br />All ditches and culverts were stable with the exception of the following: <br />- The inlet of culvert LFC-I was -1/4 full of sediment <br />- The outlet of culvert RRC-18 was covered with a heavy amount of vegetation <br />These issues should be addressed to allow unimpeded flow as permitted. <br />: GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH MINE PLAN <br />This was a complete inspection of the Hayden Gulch Loadout conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. The <br />weather was clear and the site was dry at the time of the inspection. No activities have occurred on site since the <br />last inspection. <br />: SUPPORT FACILITES - Rule 4.04 <br />The area in and around the facilities were stable with no problems noted.
