This creek <br />bed terminates Southeast of Kues Gravel Pit and outside of the affected area. <br />There are no other creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, or power <br />and communication lines on the area of affected land or within two hundred (200) <br />feet of the boundaries of the Kues Gravel Pit.
