Pineda <br /> Director <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C-81-010 <br />Review of Third Quarter 2010 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />for CDPHE Permit No. CO-0032115 <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />were received by the Division on October 19, 2010. The reports cover the time period from July 1, <br />2010 through September 30, 2010. <br />Two NPDES outfalls discharged during the third quarter of 2010. Outfalls 001(in Johnson Gulch <br />drainage) and 002 (in No Name Gulch drainage) discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
