Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both <br />ponds discharged during June 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling <br />frequency. The July 21, 2010 packet also included results from Chevron Mining's required semi-annual WET tests. <br />No exceedances were recorded for the June sampling period for either outfall. <br />The July, 2010 Discharge Monitoring Report was received on August 24, 2010. Both ponds discharged during July. <br />No analyzed parameters exceeded the standards during the July sampling. <br />The operator provided copies of the reports to the Division in a timely manner.
