September 27, 2010 C-1981-015/Fruita No 1 & 2 DTM <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 <br />? Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Areas disturbed in association with the 2009 IMP stabilization project were hand roughened and seeded with a <br />seed mix containint rubber rabbitbrush, fourwing saltbush (Rincon), shadscale saltbush, western wheatgrass <br />(Arriba), and Indian ricegrass (Paloma). <br />The 2009 seeded areas are presently dominated by annuals, including halogeton, cheatgrass, and annual barley. <br />However, some seedling shrubs and grasses from the recent seeding are evident, particularly along the reclaimed <br />Mine 1 access road, and in the vicinity of the channel downstream from the toe of the Mine 1 outslope. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS - Rule 4.02: <br />No change from previous inspection. Mine I.D. signs posted at the site have repeatedly been vandalized in the <br />past.
