Pineda <br />Director <br />The two submitted plan view drawings may partially satisfy the need to add to the permit <br />application certified as-built designs of Pond MB-5E and the Mine Water Treatment Pond. <br />Do you intend to submit as part of MR-369 other PE-stamped drawings that show the <br />design features of the ponds, spillways, and embankments in profile? Existing profile <br />drawings in the permit application are not stamped. <br />The current decision deadline for MR-369 is October 18, 2010.
