Pineda <br /> Director <br />RE: Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C-1981-038, Bowie Resources LLC <br />MT-6, 2010 Midterm Permit Review Findings Document <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />Enclosed is the Division's 2010 Midterm Permit Review Findings Document for the Bowie No. 1 Mine. The <br />midterm permit review is required by Rule 2.08.3(1) for every active permit and is to be conducted in the middle <br />of the five year permit term. <br />The purpose of the midterm permit review is to conduct a review of the permit application and identify any <br />areas that need to be revised to bring the permit application into compliance. <br />This findings document is divided into four sections. Section I details the history of the mine. Section II lists the <br />permitting and enforcement actions since the permit issuance. The reclamation bond information is in Section <br />III.
