2 Seaternber 11, 1999 <br />4. (5&6) .RGPCC has acquired .a letter of intent to purchase a small 234 acre tract <br />connecting Lime`Rd. -to the private rail crossing and thus to our purchased land. We <br />are, mindful of the Zoning Resolution and plan to subrrut for their rep ie« our <br />proposed purchase to complete our connection. if nor.giren a'variance for this <br />parcel, RGPCC has been granted .a long term agreement from the -UP Railroad to <br />utilize their existing land parallel to their tacks and connect to LUrle Road just east of <br />the .public crossing. The countPublic. Works has visited this. site and h.ad no <br />problem here as long as the connectuig road -c:is at the same height as the tracks to <br />attord.risibihr?- of west bound traft,c. <br />5. .(7) There are, no plans at this . time, for condemnation of prig ace land for either <br />Parcel. tVc have acquired all prig are land necessary for rail access to be successful. <br />6. (3) RGPCC is meeting with the Pueblo Count' Commissioners to resolve the Lime <br />Rd. upgrade issue:-RGPCC has completed a preliminary survet- and mapping of lime <br />Rd. for this purpose.
