The high quality limestone, and its use in the manufacture of <br />cement, make it locatable under the 1872 Mining Law. There is no <br />discretion (not to dispose of the mineral) by BLM, as there would be if the <br />mineral was subject to sale as a common variety mineral. <br />Thanks for the info! <br />1
