F7Ot^: SAN M I GUEL BASIN FORUM NEWS FAY, 1,40. ' 070 364 7^056 Oct. 06 201.0 03 : 45FN
'Phis has, been violated. Enclosed ar:; copies of the letters telling us there will be no royal t y
payments unless we will withdraw our objections to PR-06 and in fact tolls us that we cLtn never
appeal or object again. 'they, say that Mr. Berry is allowing them to continue mining and Mr.
Kamper said that they do not have to pay the royalty payments. We are not going to allow them
to continue mining and not pay the Morgans the Royalty payments. We also have the right to
stay just ahead of the mine unless they are going to take it all and urine it all immediately, if not,
with prime farmland, we are allowed to continue farming.
All Rules and Regulations state: that we have the right to object and file civil suits if we have
been adversely affected. Our civil rights are being violated and the rights that are given to us
under the Federal and. State Rules and Regulations governing surface coal raining. Please help us
.Please come and talk to us. Please let us show you. This is present day violations, not past and
nothing to do with the approval or disapproval of PR-06 which is awful and we are going to
continue to object. Please call me. Sprint no longer services this area, and our cell phone service
is horrible.
The bad thing is the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety is allowing them to submit
such letters to us because they also have a copy that T have faxed, and called, and called again.
Thank you,
L2 l
llen Turner
970-739-1707
970-739-1753 Michael
970-864-7682 Home
